    When does my membership renew?

    Your monthly subscription will renew on the same date each month and is based on whatever date you first sign up for the Generous Kids Book Club. For example, if you sign up on February 5, 2025, your next charge will be on March 5, 2025.

    How can I manage my subscription?

    If you need to make any adjustments to your subscription, you can easily do so by logging into your customer portal in the main menu.

    Is it possible to gift a subscription?

    Yes, we've made it easy to gift a 6 or 12-month Generous Kids Book Club plan. 

    To gift the Book Club to a friend, family member, colleague, or your grandkids, just make sure to select "Give As A Gift" at checkout, and include the recipient’s address, email address, and a special message. We'll take care of the rest.

    How do I reactivate my cancelled Book Club membership?

    If you'd like to reactivate your cancelled monthly membership, send us an email at info@generousfamily.com

    Books

    When will my first book arrive?

    Your book should arrive within a week after you place your first order, but please be patient if shipping delays occur! You'll receive your next books every 30 days after that

    Are the books meant to be read individually or sequentially?

    All of our Book Club members start on Book 1 of the Giving Adventure saga - Jasper G And The Me-Thinking Madness. From there, you'll receive books 2-12 of the Giving Adventure in order! Of course, you’re welcome to pick up any of our Generous Kids books and enjoy them independently.

    What's included in the Book Club?

    Every month, you'll receive a beautifully illustrated hardcover Generous Kids read-aloud book, along with stickers, a Character Collector’s Card, and access to the digital portal that includes an animated video and coloring pages.
