Generous Family is part of I Like Giving, a nonprofit dedicated to inspiring generosity in classrooms, businesses, and families. Our journey began when our family gave two bikes to a family who had theirs stolen, which sparked a movement and led to the creation of I Like Giving by Brad Formsma.
We are committed to bringing values and virtues back into children's books through meaningful stories.
Who We Are
Candace Cameron Bure, a longtime supporter of our books and curriculums, recognized the importance of teaching values like generosity, compassion, and kindness to children. Together, we are focused on creating impactful, faith-based content that helps guide the next generation.
We are not a large corporation, but a team of dedicated moms, counselors, teachers, illustrators, and designers with a shared mission to make the world a better place by inspiring generosity in every aspect of life.
